JFPF Solar Cell Encapsulation Back-sheet is high performance protective layer compounded by Fluon ETFE film, moisture resistance PET and EVA. ETFE film is four-fluorine fluoroplastic which has outstanding resistance to weather and ageing, erosion resistance, moisture permeation resistance and excellent self-cleaning function, the perfect complex sheet plays an important function to EVA and solar cell silicon chip against medium such as water, oxygen and corrosive gas and liquid(such as: acid rain)
High Weather Resistance 1000 hours Damp Heat Test 85% 85℃, no discolor, no plunger separation. JFPF have obtained the TUV certificate which can be used for more than 25 years.
Good Moisture Barrier Properties Moisture-vapor transmission ≤1.0g/m2d
Good Insulating Strength Breakdown voltage≥28kv/mm, Max system voltage≥1140VDC
High Cohesive Strength Adhesive Strength to EVA≥40N/10mm
